Yes. When working with contractors, we are required by the state of California to have a D-63 Construction Clean-Up license issued by the Contractors State License Board. Unfortunately, many contractors are not aware of this law and that they may be in violation and subject to large fines if they contract with a cleaning service that has no such license.
